Hi Everyone - glad to be part of this community. I would really appreciate your help, suggestions with the following issue:
My organization has used QB Premier 2004-Association (Canadian Version) until 2010. Then we switched to the QB Premier Non Profit - American version (currently using 2019 Edition). We have lost the setup for the QB Premier 2004 and we don't have it installed on any of our computers, but we have the latest back up of the company file. We want to have access to the old data (before 2010), and we have been searching on the web if we can find the set up to install it on one of our computers but we can't find it.

I hope that you've been enjoying the program and I'm glad you're able to use the QuickBooks Desktop non-profit version. I'll be happy to provide a clarification on this.
At this time, we provide download links for the most recent years of the program starting from 2016. In this case, QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2004 is an old and discontinued version of the program and isn't available for download because we can't ensure that older software will run on newer systems.
If you do have the installation disc or installation file of your QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2004, it can be used to reinstall your program for you to have access to your company files. You can contact a support team if you're able to reinstall the program to get a validation code. Please read through the article below on how you can do that. If you don't have the installation disc or file for the program, you'll need to purchase a newer edition of QuickBooks Desktop Premier to be able to open the backup file you have.

Contact Support and ask Data Service to upgrade your QBD CA file to be open on a trial license of QBD 2021 CA version. Otherwise you have to purchase a 3rd party upgrade service.
Thanks Doris for your help. However we can't find the CD and purchasing is not a reasonable option for us for the moment.
