Quickbooks ProTax Canada

I am trying to use QB Pro Tax but I continually get You don't currently have access to this feature. My Company/Primary Admin has given me full access. Is there an update that I need to stop this nag screen? I also get Error There was a system error. Please try again screen

I recommend contacting our Pro Tax Live Support team. They have the tools to conduct a detailed review of your account, identifying the root cause of the problem and guiding you through the appropriate steps to resolve it.

 

Please follow the steps below to contact them:

 

  1. Visit this article: Pro Tax Support.
  2. Select Pro Tax from the Which product is your question about? dropdown.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, then click Continue.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback options.
