I'm glad to see you reaching out to Community for assistance with QuickBooks Time. It's essential that you're able to select the options for customer billing in the mobile app. I'd be glad to provide you with some troubleshooting steps to help get you back on track.
Initially, I recommend resetting the app. Here's how:
1. The profile icon in the top left
2. Tap More > Settings > Reset app > tap Reset app again when prompted
If you're still unable to see the customers, uninstall and then reinstall the app by following these steps:
1-Android: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > find QuickBooks Time and tap Uninstall.
-iOS: Tap and hold the app on the home page until an X appears in the top left. Tap the X to uninstall the app.
2. After uninstalling the app, reinstall it by going to either the Google Play store or App store, searching for QuickBooks Time and reinstalling
3. Once it's been installed, open the app and sign in
4. On Time Clock, below JOB or CUSTOMER, search for the job/customer
