QuickBooks Online Advanced is our newest addition to the QuickBooks product line that allows you to back up and restore your data. If you aren't currently subscribed to QuickBooks Online Advanced, you'll need to upgrade your subscription to take advantage of the built in features. In addition, based on the information you've provided, I recommend reaching out to your accountant to undo the reconciliations, so you can start from the beginning and ensure your accounts are balanced. This will provide you the opportunity to also review the entries you've made so you're back on track with your work.
