There are multiple instances where you might need to generate statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you're looking to create reports, I recommend checking out the Standard Reports tab within the Reports menu. There, you'll find a variety of readily available reports to choose from. To guide you through the process, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Reports menu and click on the Standard reports tab
- In the Type report name here field, enter Statement.
- Choose from the available reports such as Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Changes in Equity, or Statement List.
