Hello. We have a file that says is has 56 errors that is doesn't fix. It shows these errors on verify and after doing a rebuild the errors aren't resolved. The file doctor tells us that it doesn't see anything wrong. Quickbooks support is trying to help us but they are saying a data specialist is 1 week away and I don't know what we're supposed to do until then. Is there anyone that can help us with this? The attached images show the errors.
Thank you
You can purchase a third-party file repair service and you can ask them to repair your company file over a weekend.
Hello Mechanical2,
Welcome to Community! The error code that you've encountered can be concerning. I would be glad to help!
The error you've received, typically occurs when there are damaged links between transactions, or the transactions themselves. I recommend the Verify and Rebuild tool, to find the issues within your company file. This tool scans for potential data issues and repairs them right away. However, there may be some errors that won't be detected, or rectified during this process. In this situation, you'll want to install the QuickBooks Tool Hub and run Quick Fix My Program to get rid of the error. The QuickBooks Tool Hub is a collection of tools that can help resolve major issues while working in QuickBooks Desktop. For the best experience, we recommend using this on Windows 10, 64-bit.
Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our QuickBooks Desktop Customer Care team outside of Community. They would enjoy the opportunity to work with you personally, and ensure you're able to complete your QuickBooks goals without delay!
Feel free to reach back out, if you have other questions. We would be happy to assist!
