Hi,
When I run collection reports all of my customers show up. How do I create a collections report for just one customer? I have Quickbooks desktop pro plus 2023.

Thanks for turning to the Community for support! Being able to run reports with the information you need is important. I would be happy to point you in the right direction.
Follow the steps below to run a collections report for a single customer:
1-Head to Reports > Report Center
2-Search for and Open the Collections report
3-Select Customize Report
4-Enter the Dates
5-Choose your columns
6-Open the Filter tab
7-in the Filter section , click on Name
8-To the right of the Filter section is a Name section. Use the dropdown menu to select the Customer name and hit OK
