Using QuickBooks Online to track your products and services makes organizing and tracking your sales so simple. The ability to group various products into a bundle is an awesome tool, and I'm glad you're taking advantage of this cool feature. I'll help explain how to remove a bundle item from your inventory list.
Products and services must be made inactive in QuickBooks Online. This is going to remove it from your product/service list, but it won't permanently delete it from the system. It's important to keep the product data in the program in case you ever had to reactivate the product.
Here's how to make a bundle item inactive:
1. Click the Sales tab on the left navigation menu.
2. Select the Products and Services tab at the top of the page.
3. Click the small triangle drop-down menu next to your bundle item.
4. Select Make inactive.
