It's great that you've been able to make use of the 2012 version for so long. While discontinued products are no longer officially supported, please contact our support team to see if downloads for your version are still available.
Company didn't provide the downloadable file for QB 2012 CA version in the webite anymore. You have to look for another source. It would be easier to purchase QB 2020 CA version with a one-time license and ask Intuit Data Service to convert your 2012 data file.
