Thanks for reaching out. First I'd like to say that Willaim Jrs' comment does not have an Intuit approved QuickBooks support number. When it comes to valid QuickBooks support options, QuickBooks Team members such as myself will share numbers and links with Intuit QuickBooks in the URL. As for your question, the QuickBooks desktop app is exclusively for QuickBooks Online. The good news is you can still log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed from your computer. Simply go to qbo.ca and hover over the Sign In option. Choose QuickBooks Self-Employed and then use your login credentials from the app to access the browser version of the program.
