I am curious why there is still yellow exclamation marks after I have finishing entering in a new employee

Hi KR36,

 

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence.  It's vital that your employees are accurately set up so you can pay them as scheduled without delay!

 

The exclamation mark is most often due to missing or incorrect information on the TD1 form.  However, I recommend contacting us outside of Community so we can look into this from our end and ensure all required fields are complete.  

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
