Incognito, deleting all cookies, cache, browsing history etc, does not work. Is there a way to get the engineering team to look at this?

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Hello TD2000,

Thanks for reaching out about your bank connection. QuickBooks Online is a tool that can connect with multiple banks to import transactions in order to save you time with your data entry. I can point you in the right direction for help with bank import.

The first step I recommend trying if not done already would be to update the sign-in info for the bank in QuickBooks to attempt to force an update. This can be done by going to the Banking tab and clicking on the Pencil icon beside the affected account. Select Edit sign-in info, then enter the bank's login information. Once done and Saved, go back to eh banking tab, and click Update to attempt to pull in the most recent transactions.

For furhter steps to correct bank error 102, you can follow the methods in this article.
