Welcome to Community! I can understand the impact on your books, when you're unable to upload your transactions from your bank. When there's a disconnect with QuickBooks Online, our Development Team works with the financial institution to resolve the issue as soon as possible. While the investigation is in progress, you can manually upload your transactions, to ensure your books remain accurate and up-to-date. In addition, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of this forum, so we can ensure you receive an email update when the connection has been restored.
