Struggling with signing up for Quickbooks Online Accountant.
My steps:
1. Go to CAD site:
2. Navigate for Accountants product:
3. Click on 'Sign Up for Free'
4. Enter in email address I used to sign up. 1st Error message = 'The User ID is already taken'.
In fact - it should be, as I signed up already, but when I did I got an ERROR message that something went wrong.
5. Click on 'Sign In' as alternative
6. When I sign in - it gives me the same ERROR message I got when I tried to sign up initially.
"Oh no! Something is wrong on our side! We are working very hard to fix the problem. Please come back later"
As well as the ERROR message. "Please try again later. We are working very hard to fix the problem. Please come back later"
Issues started on Monday July 11th, tried again on Tuesday July 12th, still on solution on Wednesday July 13th.
I've contacted support (via chat + calls) - no solution.
Any ideas??
