Having stat holiday pay show up for your employees is imperative to keeping your payroll up to date. I'd be happy to help you with getting your pay types to show up properly.
If your program isn't working the way it was intended it can sometimes be due to your browsers health. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies in your browser and then opening QuickBooks again in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. If this doesn't work try using a different browser or computer to see if that works.
