Welcome to the QuickBooks Online Community family! It's awesome you're using OrderMyGear and wanting to synchronize it with your QBO account. QuickBooks Online enables you to connect a variety of third-party apps to enhance and optimize your software. I'll be happy to assist you with this, so you can easily bring all your data together.
Syncing a third-party app with QBO can be done in a few steps.
- From the left menu, select Apps.
- Stay on the My apps tab.
- Enter the app name in the search bar or select the Browse category ▼ drop-down menu to check out different apps.
- Once you locate the app, select its tile to see the reviews and pricing.
- Install and connect the app.
If after finding your app you're unable to integrate it, it could be due to a browser issue. Temporary internet files that accumulate in your browser can sometimes cause bugs in the software.
