I am having the same problem, just downloaded the app, says no sales taxes but it is all set up in QB online. I also noticed it is happening to a lot of people on the US site.

Im having this same problem and have tried the troubleshooting and it still wont work. Very frustrated with your company which is supposed to make things easier, isnt that what Im paying for? then it is also very difficult and takes forever to get any help from support. using a paper and pencil and doing everything myself would be easier than this.
