Same for me. Invoices seem to print fine, but my estimates are not.
Hi there nouhad and JessicaPolyPlus,
It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly so that your sales and expense totals can be accurate. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you with creating and sending invoices and estimates to customers. I can provide some information about PDF viewing and printing in QuickBooks Online.
There is currently a known error with viewing or printing PDF files from within QuickBooks Online and our engineers are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. What I recommend is reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the community, so they can verify your account information in a secure setting so that they can attach you to the list of affected accounts. This will make it so you can receive an email notifying you when the issue has been resolved. You can reach out using these methods:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook and Twitter
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
same for me
Hello pkartos. Thanks for chiming in on this thread. Just to confirm, have you been able to get in touch with our support team using the details provided on the post above yours?
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
