Tips option in my invoices

Welcome to the Community, tfnfmovers. Adding the ability to include tip options directly on invoices is a great idea, and I can see how it would make things easier for businesses like yours.

While this feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product development team. They'll gather your suggestions and might be included in future product updates, considering how they can improve your invoicing experience.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Choose Feedback.
3. Share your product improvement ideas.
4. Click Next to submit.

In the meantime, you can create a dedicated tip item and associated account for tracking if a customer agrees to give you one and add it directly to the invoice. If a customer overpays an invoice without a tip item, you'll want to manually record it by creating another transaction.
