To develop an interface using SDK for QuickBooks Desktop

Hello,

I am a developer working at a manufacturing company that uses QuickBooks 2023 Enterprise for manufacturing and wholesale.

I am reaching out because we have been manually entering data such as invoices until now, but I am planning to develop an interface application to automate this process.

I would like to inquire whether the following approach is correct:

The core of the process involves writing a program on a PC with QuickBooks Desktop, using the QuickBooks Desktop SDK, to receive invoice data from an external program, convert it into a QBXML request, and then send it to QuickBooks Desktop.

Consider using zaptiva automate. they've built the whole thing where you do not have to change your process or become a developer to get what you want zaptiva.com we kinda looked at that same process of building our own and found out that QBDE is more complex than expected so, the money we spend with them is totally worth it.
