Hello! We are using a new credit card software that enables us to export data into a CSV file, so that we can import it into Quickbooks. I know QBO allows you to upload a CSV file for transactions, but Quickbooks Desktop does not. Does anyone have any information on how best to do this, or any softwares to use to aid in the process? Thanks!

Which QB Desktop year version do you have?
Hi SCQF,
QuickBooks Desktop provides multiple options for importing your transactions. To import a list in the CSV format, you need to install the QuickBooks Import Excel and CSV toolkit.
Should you require additional assistance, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop specialists here.

Do you have any good recommendations of apps to use? We were recommended "Propersoft" - any suggestions?
Hi SCQF,

Touch back with us if you have other questions. We're here for you!
I would recommend TP Importer. It's a $199 one time license + you can get $100 cashback to pay with a US business credit card or ACH.
