To see if an update to your QuickBooks Desktop software can be rolled back, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to assist with getting you the software update needed so you can manage your books.. You can reach them using the methods outlined in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.

I will try that, however I have three companies in my quick books desktop and this is the only one that needed an update.  I've lost a year of transactions
