You can check your employee's available vacation balances in two ways.
 

You can pull up the Vacation and Sick Leave report. This report provides vacation balances on a year-to-date basis. 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select Employees & Payroll from the report categories.
3. Enter Vacation and Sick Leave in the search field.
    

Alternatively, you can find it in the Sick/Vacation section of the employee's profile for a more detailed view of current vacation balances. 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Select Employees Center.
3. Double click on the specific employee from the list to open their profile.
4. Navigate to the Payroll Info tab.
5. Check the Sick/Vacation section for the available balances.

I noticed the same pattern in your other thread. Have you already followed my colleague Ariel’s Verify and Rebuild steps? If you’ve already tried Verify and Rebuild and the issue persists, I recommend contacting Live Support during their available hours, as they have the tools to investigate further.
 

Here’s how:
 

1. Launch QuickBooks Desktop and click on the Help menu.
2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help or Contact Us to open the Help window. You can also press F1 to access it directly.
3. In the Help window, enter your question into the search field for questions, keywords, or topics.
4. Select Contact Us, then choose between receiving a callback or starting a chat with support.
