Do you mean by "limit for a business" your usage limit? If so, QuickBooks Online(QBO) has a usage limit that varies by subscription. These limits define how many billable users, chart of accounts, classes, locations, and custom fields you can add to QuickBooks.
You can view your current usage limits in your account by signing in as the admin.
Go to the Gear icon > and click on Account and Settings > select the Usage tab.
By that, you will see how many usage limits you can have in your account.
