It's essential that you're able to set up the necessary information so you can get started in a timely fashion. We're aware of the current message you're receiving during the set up process for payroll. Our Development Team are in the process of prioritizing and investigating the situation. Although we currently don't have an ETA for resolution, I recommend contacting us. This will allow us to work with you independently and provide additional assistance from our end. We'll also gladly add you to the investigation after gathering the information needed, so you'll receive an email notification when the issue has been fixed.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Trish, yes I have contacted QBO but no resolve.... And no feedback as to any progress just that they are working on it. But they sure are still charging me for the payroll option even though its never worked............
Any which way I'm currently looking at other accounting systems, this is ridiculous...
