Let’s take some troubleshooting steps to help your projects sync in QuickBooks Time.


Beforehand, please know that an overloaded browser may cause issues with software functionality, such as certain data not being displayed properly.

To begin, we can refresh the connection or sync process by updating the project status in QBO. Set the status to Cancelled, then change it back to In Progress.


Here's how:
 

  1. In QBO, click All Apps.
  2. Select Projects.
  3. Locate the project by selecting the associated customer.
  4. On the Projects page, update the status to Cancelled.
  5. Refresh your browser.
  6. Change the project status back to In Progress.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend logging in to QBO and QB Time using a private or incognito browser to avoid data storage issues. Alternatively, consider using a different browser that is updated and compatible to ensure better functionality.
