Task: Improve user experience in QBO.

Hi James and thanks for chiming in.

I don't think a feedback would yield any results or at least any attention from your team.

I've had a ticket opened since July 4th 2023 regarding the time/date formatting.

As per QBO support team request, I uploaded various screenshots of various troubleshooting steps from various systems, even mobile phone, various browsers etc. etc., so they could take a look and confirm that I wasn't lying about my user experience. I even created an account for the QBO support to sign in and confirm themselves.

No follow up. What. So. Ever. The audit logs didn't reveal any sign-ons using that special account either. At all. It's been 5 and a half months now. It's 151-019-524-72 if you're curious.

Sometimes I wonder what was that "improvement" that QBO tried to justify their last price increase with.
