Hello there, Albert. QuickBooks Online doesn't have a native start time or scheduling field for Projects. Without this, the system can't automatically sort your lists by time. We do, however, have a couple of fixes.
You can add the start time directly to the project name, like 8 AM - Project. This method organizes your list, allowing you to see your full schedule at a glance. Another option is to put the time in the Notes or a custom field. While it’s not an instant view, it’s a solid way to track the schedule without cluttering the project name. Just a heads-up, you'll need QuickBooks Online Advanced to use custom fields for your projects.
