Yes, this is still showing in the latest version of QBO. However, please note that it is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Online Accountant.
If you're certain that you're logged into QBO Advance or Accountant and the tool is still not there, please try logging out and logging back into your account to refresh the system.
