Hello Shaunwis.
If the Checking option is not showing up in the Deposit To dropdown on the mobile app, it means your account is not set up as a Bank account in your Chart of Accounts. We will need to create a new bank account directly on the QuickBooks Online website to fix that.
Here are the steps:
- Go to (the Gear icon) ⚙ located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Then, select Chart of Accounts from the menu under the Your Company heading.
- Once the chart is displayed, click the New button found in the top-right area.
- After that, choose Bank as the Account Type. This designation is necessary for the account to be available for deposits.
- Following this, select Checking as the Detail Type.
- Enter your desired account name.
- Finally, click Save and Close.
