To update your bank deposit account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can use a web browser, as this feature is not available directly in the app, @welcome6.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click the Accounts and settings under the Your Company section.
- Select Payments.

- In the Deposit accounts, add Your Bank Account and routing number.
- Link a Debit Card or Eligible Bank Account.
- Click Done after changing.
QuickBooks will start depositing your customer payments into the new account.
