What is this fee paying for? It’s a free transfer of funds for all parties. Seems like stealing to me.

This “fee” only applies when a client pays through QuickBooks links. If a client pays via e-transfer directly to us our bank does not charge a fee. This “bank fee” is a QuickBooks fee. Where is this money going to? Why is it being charged? It has nothing to do with banks.
