QuickBooks Online has an option to change the settings or orientation when printing Account Quick Reports, accsolut.
To make sure I provide the right information, can you tell me what happens when you switch from Portrait to Landscape? Does the print dialogue box close, or does the report format incorrectly?
In the meantime, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
- Log out of your account, and then log back in using a different browser. QBO works well with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
- You can also temporarily switch to Classic View, then click the Print button and choose Landscape.
