Why has the way i make invoices changed?

Are you referring to the QuickBooks old interface when you create your invoices or within the invoice page itself? If you meant the invoice page, QuickBooks updates its interface to enhance functionality, simplify processes, and introduce new features. However, you can switch back to the Old layout.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Click + Create and select Invoice.
3. In the new Invoice layout screen, select Old layout and then choose Switch to the old layout.
   
   

On the other hand, if you mean the updated QBO interface when starting to create an invoice, these updates are part of the changes outlined in the product terms and conditions.


You can still switch back to the old interface.
