Why is Quick Books constantly showing up the "1 connection failed!" error message for banking? The client's banking records are updating.

Hello userodette,

First off, I'm excited to hear that you're working with QuickBooks Online to help your clients with their books! The bank feed connections can be useful for both of you, and making sure they're working correctly is good for ensuring that your client has the data they need in their books. I'd be happy to help with this.

It's good to hear that the bank records are updating despite the error message you're seeing on the banking screen. Since that's the case, it sounds like it could simply be a display issue, and those kinds of issues can typically be cleared away by troubleshooting the cache, browser/app, and Internet. I've got a short list of steps here that I recommend trying to see if things in the cloud get righted and the message disappears. Try them one at a time until the message goes away.

If those don't get the job done, it'll help us to know which bank connection this is occurring on and it'll also help to be able to review the connection from our side. Our support team outside of this community forum can gather these kinds of details from you in a secure fashion and offer further assistance. Here's how to reach that team.
