I appreciate your efforts in doing some troubleshooting steps. In addition, I suggest opening your QuickBooks Online account using a different browser.
Once you're signed in, proceed to search your transactions in the usual fashion. If you experience the same result, please don't hesitate to contact us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. Update: I did try this with MS Edge, but it had the same issue.
Today, the option is showing up again. I have no idea what changed, or what caused the problem before, but you can count this as solved I guess (assuming it doesn't break again).
