Workforce Intuit invalid security certificate

I am an employee trying to log in and see my most recent paystub, but the site will not open due to a security certificate invalid error. This is the error message:

Intuit.png

This is not from the computer or antivirus, this is direct from Google and there is no way for the user to fix it; it must be fixed via Quickbooks company renewing the SSL certificate.

This is extremely frustrating and also means I cannot access my T4 to do my taxes. When I did a search to find an explanation for the error, I found this was NOT the only web application in which Quickbooks has not renewed the certificate. Why is the certificate not up to date? It's very unprofessional to allow this to be mismanaged. I am seriously contemplating talking to my employers about switching if this is the level of 'professionalism' this business exhibits.

Workforce Intuit invalid security certificate

Hey there LadyGreyMalkin,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. Making sure you get the support you need is important. I would be happy to provide some information.

Being able to access your Workforce account is important. This is currently a known issue within QuickBooks. Our engineers are working hard on getting this resolved. I recommend having your employer reach out to the Support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify their account details as well as attach the account to the list of affected accounts. By doing this, they will receive email notifications about the issue as well as when it is resolved. They can reach them by following one of these methods:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook and Twitter

In addition, I would also recommend that you reach out to the Workforce support team as they might have more information on the issue. You can reach them by clicking on this link

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.

Workforce Intuit invalid security certificate

I am having the same issue as LadyGreyMalkin trying to get into my Workforce Quickbooks account for my paystub. We should not have to run around trying to reach Workforce or Quickbooks and wasting time figuring this out when it is your issue affecting customers. Pretty sure my employer won't just thru the various hoops your customer service suggested. When will this be resolved by your Quickbooks team?
