Would like clear all transactions for 2 years, deleter app SaasAnt only deleted some but most didnt, was it best way, i have most current year in here that is good

Which transaction type did you unable to remove? Explore another deleter tool

Keep in mind, you are not allowed to remove any List data. You may open a new QBO account instead

2. Purchase a 3rd party migration service

The Transaction Deleter app (SaasAnt) you're using only deletes 1000 transactions at a time. This maybe the reason why some transactions are getting deleted while others aren't. Check out this article here which shows you how to use the Transaction Deleter app. I also recommend taking a look at other apps on our app store or you can manually delete the transactions from QuickBooks using the steps in this article here.
