Hi there!

I'm excited to hear that you want to use QuickBooks Payments to allow your customers the ease of paying their invoices online. Hopefully this helps cut down on some of the work for both of you. Watching the video tutorial for setup and reading through related articles is the perfect way to make sure you're taking the right steps. I'll help explain what's going on.

The video you watched may have been from an older version of QuickBooks Payments or it may have even been borrowed from our US counterparts, both cases which could cause you to see options there that don't quite match what's in the QuickBooks Online Canada product. I recommend reviewing the options you do see and choosing the one that best fits your corporation. I know it's important to get these details right, so if you're not sure, a business adviser can help you get on track with figuring out which is the right option.

I'm here if you need clarification or have other questions.

How do I connect with a business advisor? I don't see an option that would fit for me.
