Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Time is a great way to track hours worked for employees allowing you to decide who fills them out. I can see how concerning it can be when things like this happen and corrections are needed for accuracy. I'll be happy to help!
You can approve or un-approve time for an individual employee by following these steps:
1. Select + New from the left menu
2. Click Approve Time
3. Choose a date range and the employee
4. Select Approve or Un-approve
