You can create a refund receipt for your customer by following these steps:
1. From the left menu, select + New
2. Click on Refund receipt or Give refund
3. Select the Customer from the ▼ dropdown menu
4. Use the Refund From ▼ dropdown to select the bank you deposited the payment for the invoice to
5. Add the products or services the customer returned in the Product/Service column
6. Enter the date, quantity, rate, amount, tax, and other fields, then select Save and close
