This is a Canadian CU and I use only CAD in my QBOA.

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online banking feature is an exceptional way to track your finances and keep your books up to date.  I'll be happy to provide some insight here!

 

With the information you've provided, the message you're experiencing is because multicurrency is a requirement of your credit union.  However, if you're not using this feature in QuickBooks Online, you can still upload your transactions manually in csv format.
