Welcome to the Community. It's essential to use your products and services to track of your sales. QuickBooks Online is a flexible program that simplifies the way you manage your books. I'd be glad to provide with information on the unit of measure field in products.
At the moment, QuickBooks does not offer the unit of measure field in the products listing. I'd encourage you to find a third-party app to complete the task you're looking for. You can click on the Apps tab on the left navigation menu >and then select Find Apps.
If you'd like to include the option to use the unit of measure field in products in QuickBooks, I recommend that you send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
