Why did I not receive an email notice of a customer payment?

Customer paid and I usually receive an email within minutes. I did not receive these emails and haven't received any since. I also now have another customer who was not able to complete paying their invoice as they have done in the past.

QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to ensure your customers pay on time.  The issue you've described is concerning, and I feel you would benefit more by contacting our payments specialists outside of this forum.  They will be able to verify your account, and review the issue in more depth, and escalate if for further investigation if necessary.
