Why does not received payments show up as paid?

Hi brancodiana93-gm,

 

I appreciate you reaching out here.  Welcome!  Ensuring payments received are accurately recorded in QuickBooks Online, is vital in keeping your books balanced.  I'd be happy to help!

 

With QuickBooks Online Payments, the funds received from your customers will be put into the bank account associated with QuickBooks Payments, when you signed up.  If you've recently signed up, your first payments received, may take a little longer to process, while your account is being setup.  However, typically the funds are deposited within two business days.  If you customer selected the Pay Now option on the invoice they received, but you haven't received the funds, please contact us outside of Community, so we can work with you directly, and look further into this from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
