We can click on the "We can help you fix it" link, Heather. This will open the Reconcile Discrepancy Report, allowing us to investigate the incorrect beginning balance.
By reviewing the Reconcile Discrepancy Report, we can identify any transactions that have been added, deleted, or modified since the last reconciliation, as well as any other inconsistencies that could be affecting the balance.
