Does anyone know what QBO did with scheduled reports? This used to be a very quick, very simple thing to edit or update but now I can't even find it

The new version of QBO is so extremely glitchy that I have actually had to walk away from my laptop and do other tasks because I couldn't post JE's, the bank feeds would't let me select transactions, supplier tabs were so messed up that I couldn't find what I was looking for, bank feeds no longer alllows me to match a transaction to an expense, and I could go on and on. The new version is a literal nightmare and my productivity has hit rock bottom becasue I am having to duplicate or even triplicate my work in order to try to get transactions to save.

We understand that adapting to a new interface can take time, Laram. Please note that scheduled reports are no longer a standalone menu item, they are now located within the Custom Reports section.

To access them:

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. Select Custom Reports.
  3. Locate your report in the list.
  4. In the Action column, click the dropdown arrow and select View All Schedules.

Regarding issues with bank feeds not matching, Journal Entries not saving, and difficulties with supplier tabs, I recommend troubleshooting using a private or incognito browser window. Cache or browser glitches can sometimes impact functionality.

Alternatively, you can switch to a different supported browser, which can provide better compatibility.

If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to share additional details.
