Help please. I am looking at a very long report shown in our CAD home currency but when I export the report to Excel all of the USD transactions appear in the Excel report in USD - how, why? What am I missing?
(using QB Enterprise Solutions, Mfg & Wholesale Edition, current license refreshed 2/20/23)
You are using single currency in QB Desktop, correct? Check the currency in your Windows setting to be sure.

It's vital that all your reports show the correct information when exported. QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to help you keep track of transactions made by your company so you can see your financials through various reports. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with exporting reports.
For help with exporting reports from QuickBooks Desktop, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the report as well as your settings and the transactions included in the report in order to see the reason why it's exporting with some USD balances, and help you get it to show the way you wish. You can reach them using the options provided in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.
