Welcome to Community! Importing bank statements is a valuable feature for reconciling accounts. This feature is available in QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, Advanced, and Accountant. You may need to upgrade your current QuickBooks subscription. If your bank supports this feature, the statements will be available automatically when you're ready to reconcile. I'd be happy to show you how!
Follow these steps to get your bank statements;
1. Open your Settings ⚙, then choose Reconcile
2. Select the account you want to reconcile
3. Click on View statements
4. When you're ready, select Start reconciling
If you don’t see this option, your bank may not support this feature yet. Click here to see supported banks.
