You may run the bank feeds or download your bank statement file from your bank to import it manually into your QBO account. You may need a converter app if your bank only provides a specific file format (e.g PDF).
Hello syedprofessional,
Having the option to download your bank statements right into QuickBooks Online is a great timesaver when working on your reconciliations. I love that you're looking into using this feature, and I'd be happy to go over how it works so you can get started.
For certain bank feeds connected in QuickBooks Online, you also have the option to download your reconciliation statements. Our article, Get bank statements directly from your bank when you reconcile, goes over how to connect your bank account, how to download the statements, and also which banks support this feature. For instances where the bank connection doesn't support downloaded statements, what you can do is manually attach the statements instead, which this article also goes over.
Another option is to consider what Fiat Lux mentions with using a third-party app. You can check out the available options by navigating to the Apps tab in your QuickBooks Online account and searching through the options there.
This should get you on your way. Give the steps in the article a try and let me know if you have more questions about it!
